Clients must provide all required content, images, documents, login credentials, and project-related information on time. Delays in providing required materials may affect the project delivery schedule.

SIS Web Technologies will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication from the client side.

4. Payment Terms
  • All project payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Advance payment may be required before project initiation.
  • Remaining payment must be cleared before final project delivery or deployment.
  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or additional charges.
  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions & Modifications

We provide revisions based on the selected project package or agreement. Additional revisions or major changes outside the original project scope may incur extra charges.

Any additional feature requests after project approval will be treated as a separate task or project.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment completion, the final approved website or application design becomes the property of the client unless otherwise stated.

SIS Web Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional channels unless restricted by a written agreement.

Third-party plugins, themes, images, APIs, or software remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees:
  • To provide accurate project information
  • To maintain proper communication during the project
  • To review work and provide feedback within reasonable time
  • Not to use our services for unlawful or harmful activities

Clients are solely responsible for the legality of the content provided for their website or application.

8. Hosting & Domain Services

If hosting or domain services are managed by SIS Web Technologies:

  • Renewal charges must be paid before expiry dates.
  • SIS Web Technologies is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
  • Domain and hosting services are subject to third-party provider policies.
9. Limitation of Liability

SIS Web Technologies shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Website downtime caused by server providers

Any completed work until the termination date may still require payment.
