Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we maintain transparency in all our services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. General Policy

By hiring SIS Web Technologies for any service, the client agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned in this Refund Policy. Since our services involve digital work, custom development, design, consultation, and time-based efforts, refunds are subject to specific conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.
  • Payment processed multiple times for the same service.
  • Project cancellation requested before work has started.
  • Failure to initiate the project within the agreed timeline from our side.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing through email along with valid proof of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated:

  • Website Design & Development
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Software Development
  • Domain Registration
  • Web Hosting Services
  • SSL Certificates
  • SEO & Digital Marketing Services
  • Graphic Design Services
  • Third-party Software Licenses
  • Custom Coding or API Integration
  • Maintenance & Support Plans

No refund will be provided for completed milestones or approved work.

4. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation by contacting our support team. However:

  • If the project is cancelled before work begins, partial or full refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.
  • If the project is already in progress, the amount equivalent to the completed work will be deducted.
  • If more than 50% of the project has been completed, no refund will be issued.
5. Delayed Response from Client

If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials, or communication for more than 30 days, the project may be marked inactive. In such cases:

  • No refund will be applicable.
  • Additional charges may apply to restart the project.
6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction.

Please note that bank processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are requested to contact SIS Web Technologies before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks without communication may result in suspension of ongoing services and legal action if necessary.

8. Modification of Policy

SIS Web Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

9. Updated Project Cancellation Policy
  • If the client requests cancellation before the project has started, the full advance amount paid by the client will be refunded.
  • If the project work has started and at least 20% of the project has been completed, but the client decides to stop or cancel the project, then the client must pay 50% of the total agreed project amount to SIS Web Technologies.
  • If the project is already in progress, the amount equivalent to the completed work and resources utilized will be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • If more than 50% of the project has been completed, no refund will be issued.
